Lots of Exercise, Little Loss in Weight.

Research has shown that if you exercise then you loose weight, but a program for 10 obese Americans were put on a program where they exercised and didn't change their diet. One would expect that they lost a large amount of fat but the average weight loss was 7 lb. and some only lost half that amount.

I disagree with this claim that exercising outright is the solution to gaining a slimmer body. In order to gain a slimmer, healthier, and trimmer body you have to also adjust your lifestyle. If 10 more obese Americans were to start exercising with a healthier diet and lifestyle then they would feel healthier, have a better attitude, and would enjoy a whole different lifestyle.
